Aged in a stone warehouse in Kentucky built in 1887
The aging process on this particular group of barrels brought out a lot of spice; it’s a heavy and complex whiskey beyond just being sweet
The most complex 21% rye mash bill Pablo Moix has ever had in his life
Low tone spice, very dynamic, very “it’s own” because of its warehouse

Oloroso (“scented” or “fragrant” in Spanish) is a variety of fortified wine made in Jerez and Montilla-Moriles (Spain) and produced by oxidative aging
Oloroso is typically dark and nutty and can add quite a bit of depth and complexity when aging spirits
